    so you mean the tabs that hold the cams in palce for adjustment are folded over and or missing?

    they bend pretty easily. mine are non existant.

    you canbend the ones that are still there back to place and either run a bead right behing it, or weld in a piece of place behind it. for the ones that actually broke off, you need to weld a piece of plate in there. total chaos makes a kit for if you want to remove all of the old ones and weld on new, much stronger ones. if you can weld though, you probably also have the means to make your own "kit"

    mine bend every time i pretend I have long travel :rolleyes: only once have i wheeled florida and come out of it with a good alignment intact.

    Thanks guys. For some reason, I thought those TC parts were 2nd gen only. That might be my route as I have a welder in the garage.

    Holy shit! $85 a PAIR. the truck would need 4 pair. I think a cheaper solution will be come up with. Bend back the existing tabs and run a bead behind them, then make new tabs for the missing set.

    you can just take some 1/4''x1/2'' bar stock and cut tabs from that toweld on.

    I called TC, their website says per pair, but it is $85 for the whole set. I just ordered them from DownSouth.

    hammer them back as best you can first. i've used a pry bar and 4lb sledge and mine went back nicely.
