I did not order springs at this time. I will reuse my factory off road springs and set the bilsteins at .85. I don't want to preload the stock springs too much compromising ride quality or ending up nose high. Also, I think at .85 I should avoid any issues with bearings/alignment or anything else. I should be level, or have a slight rake while unloaded, which I don't mind. 1.75 looks to be the edge of bro country without rear mods (or at least tsb/add a leaf)

It did for a split second, but it just seemed laughable to do all that for an xterra.

The TA (transient alert) vehicles here in Mildenhall, UK have snorkels on them too. They are the Isuzu Rodeo Denvers. If they weren't so boxy and sat a little higher I would look into having one. They are actually pretty sweet trucks. Have a 3.0L turbo diesel engine in them.

They pop up from time to time...I'll keep an ear to the ground for ya. Your gonna be prepared to either drop some coin on it or be ready to do some wrenching as they haven't been produced in 20 some years. Only made em in 89 & 90, I wish they still made them and don't know why they stopped. The late 80s and early 90's were a great time for power sports. Think stand up skis, three wheelers, and Spuds MacKenzie...

I know it man. I'm all about the retro rides. That's all I own. 1973 CT70, 1982 Goldwing, 1984 ATC 200s and the fam used to have a Wetbike several years back. I'll be taking 3 wheeler down to Waynoka again the Thursday after the 4th.
Pic of the ATC the day I picked it up
    [IMG]

Only pic of the 70 I have at the moment. Planning on a restore/heavy cleaning.

That sucks man, hopefully you find something better. And I will come help you put the shocks in whenever you get ready. I work 7-3 all week, class on wednesday and busy thursday. But I am free otherwise.

So who wants to help me mount some lights behind the grill? I don't feel like buying the behind grill light bar, but am tempted to build one.

Copy that. Thanks for the update.

Sucks that they 86'd the job you wanted buddy! I can wait, they'll be in my garage waiting on ya, they're yours unless you say otherwise.

I'm really interested in what we talked about the other day too...we'll sort it out.

@Brady...I will probably take ya up on that. Deliver on Wednesday according to UPS.com.

@Aaron...I suppose your not gonna want to wrench on Wednesday since you're taking off on Thursday morning? No biggie if that's the case...

@kid rock...you can participate too if you want

@stubbs...while you're in Sandusky, can you stop by Callahan auto parts and pick me up some brake pads?

I tried to build one. It shook like a son of a bitch. Then just ended up buying a used bar online.

I got the 2 lights off automat.com. Got the pair for 30 bucks during his little thing, and might get all my cash back. I need to find a different switch than stock too.
