So....We have all seen the commercials about how strong these gawd dam new ford peice of shits are, and how their super strong bed bolts can hold the moon to the bed and bla bla bla........

That being said.......Im following one. Brand new.....still had the paper plate on it. The Dumb dumb is driveing with his tailgate down. He hits a small bump in the road an the fucking super turbo bed bolt falls off of his truck bounces on the pavement, and into the side of my truck. Put a nice "Ding" in the bed where it meets up to the cab. I slammed on my brakes and pulled off the road. I watched where the dude went, and proceeded to find the bolt. I recovered the bolt and took off to the dude, who was at a gas station. I pulled up and said " I think you lost something", and showed him the bolt. I looked in his bed, and Sure as shit, hes missing 1 bed bolt. The Dude says...."uh.....wow. Dam. Uh.......sorry, man...Uh...." And reaches for the bolt. I say "Nope, this is now mine", and I threw it in my bed. (wanted to take a pic of it to show how big these F'ing bolts are).
    Anyway.....Now I lost the f'ing bolt, so I cant take a pic.

This rant is brought to you by the Ford sucks ass foundation

Now, Back to your regularly schedualed TW programming.....

That really sucks Chris. If he was driving with his tailgate down and something fell out of his bed and did damage wouldn't he be liable for said damage?

Sucks that you got dinged by an errant Ford bolt! I do have to say though as a guy who owns almost 400 Fords that they are the best domestic crap out there.

Let me first say Chris is the man. He helps pretty much everyone on this board and seems to be a great guy (don't know for sure since I am never met him in person).

With that I want to say that I am calling Chris out on this one, in good fun of course. I smell BS:D

    :worthless:

P.S. Find the bolt, post the picture and I take back this entire post:D
