Thanks everyone. He is doing better today with his speech. they can understand most of what he is saying. He still has one leg paralyzed and one arm partially paralyzed. They did a cat scan and an MRI and can't find the stroke on either scan. So now they are running an EKG to see if he had a heart attack  I wouldln't think that would affect speech at all.

But all things considered he's doing relatively well. He is 99 years old and still did an hour of calisthetics every day, and walked a mile a day, so that contributed to how well he has fared so far.

Good I'm happy then, glad he's doing better. I don't see how it could be a heart attack:confused: Those things generally go with strokes.

I'm kind of pushing the envelope so we will see.

    275/65/18 Nitto TG's on 1.75" lift, 5.4" backspacing.
I know, I dont understand where they are going with this.

That's the tire I want :pout: just 275/75(I think, or 70)/17

Neither do I... I hope they find out what it is and get it fixed

Sitting at the dealership lounge.. Hearing several people say yes to changing their cabin air filter for 40 bucks hurts my ears.

Well I'll let you know if they fit lol. They might rub the UCA at full lock with my backspacing, but I'm hoping since my wheels are 9" wide that the tire will be pulled out far enough.

I wanted Dynapros again, but they were on national backorder from hankook, with no timetable for when they would be back in stock. As you'll recall, that's the same shit that happened when I cut the sidewall on my current dynapros. So I'm done dealing with Hankook's undersupply issues. Great tires though.

Yeah I cut a sidewall a few months back, and had to call 5 online companies until I found one that had ONE in stock

Discount Tire called Hankook and asked them when they would be off backorder, a week? a month? and Hankook told them "no idea". And then discount asked Hankook to call them when they made more, and Hankook said "we don't do that, you'll have to keep calling back"

So I'm not taking that risk again. Plus, I need new tires asap. I punctured one a couple of weeks back on the side of the tread. I patched it when I really shouldn't have, but it's been holding in there. Then for the last week or so I have another tire losing 5 psi/day. So it's time.

Just bought a pair of 1/4" wheel spacers for $10 in case the tires rub. Cheap insurance I guess. Would be a temporary solution.

Probably a 1/2" or 3/4" custom spacer by Bora. They are hub-centric and have the studs built in.
