    I'll second that motion.


    I went for a 3 mile run after work tonight. I made it the first mile without walking then about every .5 after that. I'm tired of being fat, but i hate working out.

    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I'm not fat, but want to still lose weight. I work out 5-6 times a week at the moment and still hate it. But, I am helping my weight loss with a decent diet. I am doing the body by Vi program. 2 shakes a day for meals, and the third meal is a decently healthy meal. The first 2 weeks I was on it I lost 6lbs. Then this past week... didn't have the chance to do anything due to being in the UK.
