    and for the record, my boss is not a racist. he gets his haircut at a black barbershop next to where we work because the guys like him and he likes them. whats funny is my boss wears cowboy boots and drives an f150 with redneck stickers on the back, but is far from racist. i mean come on! he goes to a black barber shop . the barbershop owner bought new clippers so he could cut his "white" hair. and he's a racist?!?!?!?! i dont think so!

    You don't need to justify your boss to us!

    Just keep in mind that your other neighbors like you and your wife and if he treats you like this, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DIDNT DO ANYTHING then he's the one that they are going to shun after a while.

    Try not to worry about it. He's not worth the stress.
