Ah u did like the Eat Smart...gluten free..pro-biotics etc worked for u?

As for bars-LMK if you find one with lower sugar alcohols then iSatoris Eat-Smart Bar

Stick to as much food as u can. The bars are used as replacement on the go meals...they can get addicting lol

I never looked at the iSatori bars, but the protein was good. 19 grams per serving in the packets wasn't quite enough for me so I mixed it with Pro-Complex. I had it a few times by itself and it tasted great.

Thinking of adding bcaa's and glutamine to my supplements... Right now I do a double scoop of ON gold standard after my midday workout. Have you guys experienced good or bad things by adding these?

He means you can use more than one scoop.

I just went on a 4 mile walk/run and in the middle did some pull ups, balance beam and monkey bars. I am going to try and train to run the whole thing and figure out a good work out on the obstacles. Hopefully I can reach that goal by the end of Summer.

Glutamine is just an amino acid that is needed, however glutamine is known to be very unstable which one of the main reasons its debated. Also many researchers have found that the body alone produces sufficient amounts for most lifters
