    wtf....
    sticker on mine was 30k. I just have the "all terrain" package. none of the extras...
    sub woofer button or back up sensors. $4k mark up? :eek:
    shop around man. If you are serious...my buddy is a manager @ toyota of redlands and might be able to help.
    he is also a fellow FJ owner lol

    came with the rear locker & atracz. power everything...and the back up camera.
    I didn't care for the silver shift handle, sub woofer, and back up sensors....
    only thing I wish I had was the roof rack (craigslist $100-200 bucks) and the power outlet.....(could be solved with a 1000w inverter.)
    and to top it off...the "upgrade" comes with 17" wheels and panzier tires than the rugged fails lol. Allterrain pkg has rugged fails and 16' wheels w/ 4.5 back spacing....ready for 285's stock :thumbsup: lol
    oh...& all terrain package comes with their "trail tuned" shocks....not the black dinky ones on the upgrade pkg
