I have the towing package on my 2nd gen and it had the large round plugin for the lights (7pin maybe???)

Where can I find the adapter to a four pin for a good price. I know I can go to the dealership but I figured that would be the highest price out there.

Thanks in advance for any help

Walmart is probably the cheapest you'll find local. But the only type I could find were the 6" long molded ones, and usually were too short to get the trailer harness to connect and not disconnect when backing up to the right.

I then found and purchased this one. I decided on the 5 for my boat trailer, because I'm sick of having to cross plug the thing when I back up.

It's a 7 to a 5, but you can still use just about all 4-flat trailer connectors. And I say that just for liability, as I personally haven't found a 4-flat trailer that didn't work. Maybe if the trailer connector had a dust boot or some non-DOT standard apparatus molded into it, it may not work.

The pic is linked to the best deal I found last summer. It looks like they still have the same price, but I haven't looked anywhere else since.
