    Considering I use a double scoop and still dont get as much protein, plus the extra glut and bcaas I would have to stack, I would think it's actually a better deal.

    Do you mind critiquing my workout?

    So I decided to try the 10x10's. I wanted to get a feel for it and will be adjusting and tweaking my routines as I lift and learn.

    Today: chest/tri

    Bench 10x10
    Incline 10x10
    Dips 8x10-failure
    Skull crushers 10x10
    Overhead extensions 10x10

    30 sec rest

    My weekly routine usually goes

    Sunday back/bi/quads
    Monday cardio/abs
    Tues chest/tri/hams
    Wedn cardio/abs
    Thursday shoulders/calves
    Friday rest
    Saturday aerobic/cardiac/kickboxing (w/trainer).


    I want to switch up my routine to incorporate more compound exercises. I found myself doing a lot of isolation workouts. And maybe have one day just legs. If you guys can help. Please do. Thanks.

    The chest day looks ok, I'd go more for a single compound lift (bench) and 1-2 isolation moves, for instance cable flye's.

    My weekly routine is along the lines of:
    Monday: Chest/tri/bi
    Tuesday: Rest/cardio/abs
    Wednesday: Back/shoulders/abs
    Thursday: Quads/calves
    Friday: Rest/cardio/abs
    Saturday: Hams/calves
    Sunday: Total Rest
