    This is pretty much what I figured based on other similar experiences but since I haven't yet mounted one of these into my Tacoma to say first-hand I could only speculate that my experiences were accurate. Adding a layer of insulation would go even further in the area of shielding heat to the contents inside the box. Now I just need to find a few boxes to make this my next mod. Jensen's has a few different sizes but none seem to be exactly what I'm looking for. Perhaps I need to lower my standards a little bit.

    i usually watch the show on outdoor network. some crazy rigs, then they usually have a muddin show on afterwards which showcases people trying to drive through lakes and mud ponds, pretty funny
