Thanks! Yea, Tim is a great guy. It's been fun watching him (and the gym) progress. I started at his gym about 4 or 5 months after he opened. It's a small world man..crazy that you know each other!

I don't know him personally but I was in a lot of his heats towards the end of the games. I actually think we were right next to each other in 2 events. He is an awesome competitor and an even better person. Great representative for what crossfit is all about

Yesterdays WOD. For strength we did 4 sets of 6 on front squat. I got up to 205. Then we also worked in 4 sets of high box jumps. Each set you would do 5 singles. My last set I was jumping up to 44", could have gone a little higher but my hips are sore.
    The WOD
    5 rounds
    30 sec max calorie row
    30 sec rest
1 min max KB swings @70lb
    2 min rest.
I got 77 total calories for the row, I was averaging right around 16 calories per round. Then for the KB swings I got 93 reps, my grip was shot in the later rounds. Went indoor rock climbing/bouldering the night before so my hands and grip were toast.

It was my first time trying it and it was a blast, I'm going back tomorrow to do it again. My girlfriends coworkers do it, so I go with them. Her coworkers are hot too and they like to climb in sports bras. I have no complaints.

Haha. Noted. I love my girlfriends job. She works at Lululemon. I love going to visit her at work, which happens to be daily. So many hot coworkers there. I swear I'm in the desert with all the camel toe I'm seeing.

Can someone please explain to me why Lululemon doesn't have any men's shorts for sale under 50 fucking dollars? Do people really pay that much for that shit?

usually 3 times a week I do multiple workouts. I mostly follow CJ Martins programming from Crossfit Invictus and if I have anything left in me I like to try to wear myself out. If I learned anything in regionals its that you need to be able to push yourself when you are absolutely spent.

Nice, CJ does the programming for our owner as well as our team. The stuff they do is nuts. They work hard. They should do well at the Games this year.
