Purchased a PAC TR7 so I can use all the functions on my P4400BH Pioneer deck without setting the brake. There are 7 wires on the TR7 and the wiring directions are not clear.

If anybody has successfully wired I'd appreciate some help.

    Thanks.

No clue on the PAC unit, didn't even know they made one til your post. I used a $4 relay and some wiring to do the same thing on my 4300dvd. Can also find a $10 micro-relay on eBay that will do the same thing and take up less space then the auto relay.

I found the answer on the DIYMA forum. Thanks to Nitro for the post. Figured I'd repost the solution here in case someone else has this question.

You need to attach 4 wires to the Pioneer harness:

    Black to black (ground)
    Red to red (switched 12v)
Green from TR7 to remote wire (blue with white stripe on Pioneer)
White from TR7 to e-brake wire (lime green on Pioneer)

Bumping a very old thread. This wiring worked great on my Pioneer DMH-1770NEX and a PAC-TR7.

    Thank you.
