Those look nice... did you do the satoshi yourself or is that one of those from grillcraft or something? I'm wanting to do that, but don't have the tools or bravery necessary to do the job right lol

It's a grill craft. Was very easy to do it, and I think I might actually like it better than the satoshi. You can fit better and bigger lights behind it.

So, I'm thinking my house on Saturday. This way if something doesn't cooperate, I'm not stuck somewhere other than my house, with my truck...plus, my garage is clean :D. I will take inventory of tools I have, verses what I need. Bring the puppies, we'll have a dog party! Sound good?

Sounds good. I will bring the torque wrench. Do you have an air compressor or should I bring my portable one over?

I have Aaron's torque wrench, two jack stands (2 more sounds like a good idea), and assorted hand tools. If you have air tools, chit yeah. Box/open end wrench set if you have that too, not sure where my 19mm is. Two jacks might be good, I have one, we may not need another. I'll think of what else...

Hopefully my jack is the right size. I bought it mainly for when Erica had a car...

Wasn't nearly as bad to change them as it could have been. Now we know the secrets, so they will be easier later on. We will be charging beer and food for the next ones..

    Yep...
Blew it apart and got it back together. We spent more time deciding the best way to tackle it and in what order. Once we knew what we were doing and how, it is very easy. Lunch/dropping the coils off to be built would have been the longest part of the whole ordeal had we known what we know now when we statrted. truck rides great, needs an alignment, but drives 100x better. the front is 36" through the center of wheel to bottom of fender, while the rear is 37.125". If you put any kinda of weight in the back, it will sit level on the mushy stock springs. Also I think that had I gone to the 1.75 setting, that is asking a bit much of the stock progressive trd off-road spring as far as pre load and ride comfort goes. I will eventually get different springs, and let them do the lifting along with a new leaf pack in the rear...this is a good compromise for now.

I wasn't really looking to lift my truck right now and needed new shocks anyway...nice upgrade...I rather like how it looks stock, but not...I think it should have left the factory the way it sits now.

    Thanks again Brady

Looks great! Wish I could've made it. Responsibilities suck. Bomber burger, name a day! Any day is good. Just needs to be before 330 for me.

I work 7-3 these days. Need to find a weekend we can all do something. I might be buying my lift for my birthday instead of wheels. Then the truck will look funky with small tires on a lift.
