    You have not seen the movie so now I must tell you.
    Dustin Hoffman is being tourtured by ex nazi dentist to get info he does not have but the doc donnt know. So he drills into dustins toofs and probes the root for maximum effect. Oil of cloves is offered to kill pain for correct answers and the pick/prob is used to help him remember.

    The question the doc wants him to answer is "Is it safe?"

    Great movie if you have a toof problem.
