DAY TOYOTA in Pleasant Hills, PA. Absolutely no hassle, no inspection, no questions asked. I called them after looking through this thread for somewhere relatively close to me that had done the TSB with no hassle. Called them, told them I wanted it done, they ordered the parts and it was fixed in less than a week. I had to drive 4 hours to the dealership, but it was the best service experience I've ever had. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Talk to Crey, he's awesome.

Another one for Day Toyota in Pleasant Hills. I originally saw TRD Larry's
post and set up an appointment. They did want to inspect it. They ordered
the parts and done the next day.

Jim Koons Tysons Toyota(Northern VA) performed the suspension TSB on my truck. I just picked it up yesterday, they did a fantastic job and it was hassle free! Mr. Watts(Service Director) and Mr. Toth(Shop Foreman) were very professional and great to work with.

Please avoid Leesburg Toyota(VA) at all cost...they were very unprofessional, and gave me nothing but a big hassle regarding the suspension issues I had/TSB...save yourself some time and aggravation and go elsewhere!

Just got my 09 done at Rick Hendrick Toyota in Fayetteville, NC

Totally eliminated the body roll from pulling the sway bar and compliments the Icons nicely.

    Poser pics.

Well, I went to the dealer again and they claim that my car has the revised springs, despite the vin numbers matching on my 09. I told them that my truck bottoms out though....So next week I am going to load it up with about 400 lbs and bring it in for them to check out.

Screw the VIN number, if you have (3) leafs - They replace...
    (4) and you have updated springs
I see your in Chicago area - Call or go to Schaumburg Toyota, they just did mine yesterday

Did you check the part number on the springs? I've heard there's a supposed updated 3 leaf pack with a different part number.

If the part numbers and and VIN match, they're lying. My dealership ordered the parts just by me giving them the VIN over the phone though. They didn't physically see the truck until they already had springs in hand and I dropped it off to get them installed.

Thanks for the tip. I may swing over there as I am in Buffalo Grove. I will see how my time pans out this weekend. There are 3 leafs and the vin designation matches. I've only loaded it up with about 300 lbs and felt the bottoming out  They said I have the revised springs though...

Fred Hass Toyota World Spring/Houston TX brought in the TSB and they ordered the parts a week later dropped it off for the day. They added the TRD shocks on all 4 tires and a did a full 4 wheel alignment. SWEET cost ZERO NADA NOTHING.

We had just bought an 08 Tundra 4X4 for $32K the week before for the wife might have helped.

    Thanks guys

i took it to grossinger in skokie (where I bought it) I take it there for my free oil changes and mentioned it to them. the arlington toyota are a bunch of jagoffs. every time I Go there to look at cars im left dissapointed. I test drove that M3 on the lot. They raised the price on me (cause summer is coming) and totally low-balled me on my vette. That was 3 weeks ago and the M3 is still on the lot. idiots dont know how to sell cars.
