I used to smoke the weed daily too , haven't touched that in about 10 years either .

Now the teens / early 20's was anything goes , especially LSD and shrooms

 

slightly , I am going to add another thin piece of foam between the top of the bracket and the glass and I think I'll be good .

 

I could never smoke weed, had asthma as a kid, grew out of it and can run forever now but smoke still seems to set it off. Slightest puff of weed and I'd start vomiting within ten minutes.

 

Hope that fixes the problem. did you tighten the screw?

 

yes , I didn't want to overtighten it , I read that there was one guy that did that and cracked his windshield .

It's not bad by any means , just wondered if they were all the same

 

I missed the cracked windshield. I just snugged mine until it quit moving - it didn't move much to begin with

I should think about getting one myself. Darn you people making compelling arguments to spend my money . I need tires, wheels and a lift soon too.

 

Don't feel too bad, I've gotta replace my tires asap and the Xrunner size is hella expensive

 

17's are just more expensive no matter what.

 

XRunners have stock 18's. Apparently the only other vehicle I share a size with is BMW's.

 

That sucks. What size do you run? 255/45r18? Or did you go low pros?

 

Always used stock size 255/45ZR18, I figure any higher and I lose cornering.

Too bad they are out of stock. Mine will be 150-180 a piece when I end up finally getting them.
