Anyone have ********* Phone Number?

I placed an order this morn and realized I ordered the wrong item. I sent them an email, but does anyone have a phone number?

 

looks to me like they don't want people having their number...

 

Yea, well that's nice and all but when it comes to customer service it really helps. I know they have other customers and orders to process but I'm trying to make a sizeable (correct a purchase) purchase from them and can't make contact via email.

 

yet another reason I dislike them.

I suppose you could make a claim with your credit card company and deny the package when it arrived at your place. I think that would get some attention in a hurry.

 

Not happy at all now. Still no reply, anyone got a connection or know somebody that knows somebody that has a number?

Just email him and he will respond back. He works too like everyone else, it's just a side job business for him. Trust me he will get back to you. If you ordered the wrong item, email him the right product and he will handle it in the proper manner.

 

Any update? I'm thinking about placing an order thru their ebay store.

 

I got an email on Sat asking me to send him my number so he could call me on Monday. I provided him that number in the first email I sent him, 7 minutes after I placed the order. I have not yet heard back from anyone.

 

Guess what, no phone call from *********/Rob today.

I just got off the phone with Rob. We talked for a good 45 minutes on audio desires for my truck and it seems all is well. Maybe I was a bit impatient in my earlier frustrations on prompt call-backs, then again 20 years of military service will do that to ya. Bottom line is he got me squared away and I'm happy to know my gear will be shipped out tomorrow. Props to Rob for spending that much time on the phone with me and making sure I get what I needed. He also provided me with these youtube links that cleared up some things for me. It's stuff most you audio nuts already know but it cleared up some things for me.
