Nice. Looks like mine was a little deeper (around 3' on deep side) but yours was slimier.

Well in addition to putting on th KM2s for tomorrows snow trail run I also took off the sway bar.
Hopefully I will like it on road since it was a pain to snake out of the front without pulling the skid braces.

So far I'm liking it more without the swaybar. I didn't get out to get a shot of it flexed in the trenches, but I know it was flexing a lot better & a lot smother ride.

Got a chance to see my Taco's future. I took it over to Relentless Fabrications because Eric wanted to get some pics for skid install instructions.
The hard part was taking the skids back off and putting the tin can skid back on the front.[IMG]
He also took measurements for slider mounts. I can't wait to place my order with him for skids & sliders. All I need now is more $$$.

    Thanks Dave,
It's still got a way to go (Relentless skids & sliders are next then Relentless bumpers followed by a winch) but it's a lot of fun.
Are you interested in hitting the trails with us?

I installed my first two Relentless products.
    CB antenna hood mount.
Relentless grill emblem (not an official product yet, just something Eric cut when he got his new CNC). He made the R and I made the backing plate.

I was hoping his sliders & skids would be the first Rentless products I installed but the mod fund is still recovering from the tires.

Took it out Sunday for another day of exploring. Chris & I went with a friend from work that has a '94 PreTaco. We stopped by the Shotgun Shack for lunch.

Thanks, I thought a Relentless R would look good on the front. The fun part was figuring out how to mount it.

The PreTaco is a '94 and while not mint is in much better condition than my '95 2wd PreTaco. And it's a regeared 4Banger on 33x12.5s

I thought 94 was the last year of preTaco production and they went right into Tacomas for the 1996 model year. I really wanted a new 1994 Regular cab 4x4 but bought a Nissan instead. I guess everything comes full circle. Is the 94 a 4 cylinder or a V-6?

The first Tacoma was a '95.5. I didn't like the look of the 2wd Tacoma when it first came out and got a great deal on the older '95 PreTaco. I still have the '95 to haul the 3-4 cords of firewood I cut every year.

    Thanks.
I'm thinking of going with some 235/85/16s or 265/75/16s to replace the Dungflops for commuting when they wear out. I haven't decided yet. I have a great set of tires for off road in the BFG KM2s, but I also want a good set for winter/commuting. How do you like the 235s? How did they affect your MPGs? The 255s only drop my MPGs about 1, but I want to save them for off road.

I really like the 235s. They work great for what i do...fishing hole, going to camp no heavy off roading, yet. I haven't really got an accurate mpg since I got them, I got the ultra gauge but didn't dial in the distance yet. It's showing Iam averaging 21-22 though. I went w the the rugged terrain because they were one of the lightest in this size and heard some good bout them as far as performance.
Iam looking to get some sliders put on next, need something to support high lift. Then I'll prob get suspension. I like your set up might go this route, right now got a spacer and aal. Front is really stiff. Hoping to get set up so I can do the mojave run next time around.

I use my GPS to figure out MPGs with the bigger tires on.
I'm still at least a year of from needing new road rubber.
After looking into it all the 235/85/16s are LT, heavy & expensive.
If I go with the 235s it will probably be the BFG RTs (cost & weight).
If I go with the 265/75/16s it will probably be the Hankook Dynapros (cost & good reviews).
