Thats fine, when it comes time for me to get new tires, i will def keep this stuff in mind, but i dont drive far enough on a normal basis to be concerned with ride quality. When i buy i def want some beefy off-road tires.

I just checked Tire Rack and these treadwright prices are awesome compared to them.

 

Thats because Retread tires are gonna be cheaper than new tires

 

Well of course, but seeing Colins comments earlier praising their quality makes me very comfy in the idea of purchasing them.

Me personally I'm gonna stay with Terra Grapplers as they have been very good in the trips I've taken and they do very well in wet weather conditions

 

I've loved both sets of TGs i've run, which is why i tried to get them as the casings on these. if i ever go back to an AT, it'll be the terra grapplers.

 

All this confidence in the treadwright makes me feel better about getting a set. I may end up going with the Wardens after all

So I got my alignment done this morning and they were able to get my camber and toe almost dialed in but my caster is at 3.9 and 4.8. I know around 2 to 3 degrees of caster is good, but is nearly 5 going to screw something up? I don’t know much about the alignment stuff so I was hoping one of you knowledgeable fellows could help.

 

That definitely seems higher than normal, i can usually get them lower, but still not to the point that most people on this site say is good, but remember, caster is a "Pull" angle, not a "wear" angle. As long as your truck isnt pulling, you should be good and wont hurt anything.

 

you'll be good will, as long as it doesn't pull like jason said. most guys with larger tires actually request 3.5-5* of caster because it brings the tire away from the points on the frame that tires like to rub.
