    Pasadena is where we live now. We looked at houses all day today.. We have found a house in Waldorf Md that we are going to place a contract on. Three car garage and 6 acres. plenty of room for the dogs and me. Will have to finish the basement, but hopefully not that big of a deal.

    in ’08 when i was 16 i moved for the first time. mom and dad got a house with 5 acres. after this i would not like anything smaller. i would really like my dream home on 15 to 30 acres. old house was in a neighborhood and was 2 lots.

    well after a week of not hearing nothing about our offer, we decided to put an offer on another home. This house comes with it's onw zip line.. We ran it this morning pretty cool..We looked at the house this morn made the offer and was just called to say our offer was accepted. The house was just listed yesterday and we are buying it today hell yeah...

    Very nice man, love the landscaping and the shaped pool.

    When we bought our house, it went on the market at noon. We had an offer to them by 2:00, and it was accepted at 3:00! It was just one of those weird things that works out. Congrats on the new pad :)

    Thanks. funny thing was that my agent called this mornong and said the owners of the first choice and contract went ahead and decided to take our offer.. I guess divorce court will be there next visit.. Damn woman screwed herself.. We are happy with this house.. I cant wait to dive in the pool. I almost did yesterday when we looked at it..

    I agree with you 100 percent. I was just dumbfounded when the wife said no. I was like what? My agent was just as confused for he never ran across anything like this before. The kicker was we were willing to pay them 24k
    more than they were asking, of course they were gonna take that extra money and pay all of our closing costs..
