I've got a Makita electric angle grinder... I was able to easily modify my BudBuilt skid with it & that's 1/4" plate steel...
Should also do the trick with those rivets...

 

toytec 3" lift with Procomp 17x9 7032 with 285/70/17 duratracs.

 

Did you get the complete coil over or the set up like mine with Eibach spring with 5100?

 

I have a Case 580E...I can only get some of the digging done with it though.

 

Wasn't really thinking about using the backhoe though, was going to get a trench digger.... much easier with the backhoe.

 

Yeah super wide bucket on the backhoe but any where I have to dig the ditch is 1: already messed up the grass and 2: going to be covered with either pavers around the pool of cement. Maybe I just answered myself, problem solved.

 

That was before I got most of the stumps out, there was around 20 or so I could get to. The one in the photo was almost 6 feet deep and took some time. Now where the skidsteer is has a pool in it's place.

 

Ordering tomorrow, I was on the fence about ordering the already put together kit for $899 or $639. Was yours a pain to put together?

 

It wasn't too bad you just need a spring compressor to switch over the top plate from the stock coil, but Toyotec now offers to assemble the springs with a new top plate for an additional $100.00 it will save some time. The one of the benefit you get from the coil over is it can be adjusted with spanner wrench.

 

I'd be down for a mod/meet day, I also have lift and UCA that need to be installed. I could provide the place if need be, I have a three car garage with space for a few more vehicles in the driveway. I also have a compressor with impacts and most of the tools that we would need. Just a suggestion though, I'd be down to meet up anywhere otherwise.

I had to fill one of those dam holes when I bought my house. Grass still doesn't grow there

air chisels suck... Ill bring a Hilti jackhammer from work.

 

Well worth it to order them already assembled. Saves you time and frustration of trying to find a spring comPressor or a shop to assemble them.

Your right I was just lucky to have a friend that nice wall mount spring compressor in his garage at his house. When I bought my lift in November Toyotec wasn't offering the new top plates installed on the Eibach / 5100 set up for the extra $100
