that sounds more like something you would be dared into when you are young and dumb...... since you meet both criteria, why dont you give it a try?

on another note, maybe ya'll can explain the logic/logistics in this. im gettin new leafs and they left the memphis hub of ups this morning to continue their journey. so i thought good they will be in birmingham in about 4 or 5 hrs....... WRONG!!! they went to montgomery. they actually drove past the birminhamg hub to get to the montgomery one just so tonight they can be put on another truck and come back to b'ham. does this make sense to any of ya'll? im baffled.

It may be a bit silly to you, but here is the general information on this:

Montgomery is a central hub, where Birmingham is a minor hub. So a truck gets loaded to go from Memphis to Montgomery with all the shipments that go out FROM Montgomery. Your order may have been put on the truck half way through the loading process in Memphis. They are not going to stop in Birmingham, then have half the truck unloaded to get your order out (and other orders that could have been loaded at different times) then reloaded for the trip to Montgomery. So the main truck takes the entire load to Montgomery where it is unloaded and separated into other trucks that go to the minor hubs. Along with the OTHER trucks that bring parts from the different major hubs who drop off in Montgomery for distribution to Birmingham area.

    Do you get the idea?

By the way, just because it is going from Memphis to Montgomery, does not mean it is DRIVEN past Birmingham (unless it is ground shipment only) Most likely it is loaded into an airplane, flown to Montgomery hub, then trucked out from there. This video of FedEx gives you a really good idea.

actually b'ham got upgraded about 2 years ago. and they dont put the first package on until the entire shipping list is made and numbered in the order in which to load. (i worked as a box thrower for a little over a year) so with that being said with one or two tweeks to the order the b'ham packages would def be at the very end of the truck and would be right there. i see what you are saying but i assure you with the size of the memphis hub there was more than just my package that will end up at the birmingham hub.

I understand your point, however even if Birmingham was upgraded in equipment, etc, does not mean that it is considered a major hub. Also, shipments that go from Memphis to Montgomery go by air, unless it is a ground-only shipment. Even if it is a ground-only shipment, packages go from major hub to major hub before sifting down to the smaller hubs. It is more cost efficient that way, considering the cost of trucks and drivers.

Haha.... I put poroxide on my winkie once and ran out, so asked a "so called" friend if he had anymore and he handed me the bottle of alcohol... Same white clear bottle... Oh lord... Like someone built a campfire on my special friend... But I suppose if i hadn't put him in the terrible place to begin with none of that would've ever happened... lol.

Oh and what is LT front lift? And I completely agree with the All Pro 3" rears...

    It's Fuchsia.

If i get it, i would be changing the color. Everyone says it's not pink, It's fuchsia, but it looks pink to me too. :(

It's still a IF right now. But if i decide to go through with it, it will be that bike, the high end riding gear for it, a bike trailer, a 2000 Tacoma 5 lugger, and 1.5k cash in trade for my truck.

I'm not all knowing when it comes to crotch rockets, so i'm making sure it's an even trade before going through with it. If i did it, i would likely just trade the bike and gear for a 4x4 Taco of equal value. After running it down the road a few times. ;)
