Bought a new ram 2500 at first my dealer first said they wouldn't do my free oil change cause I wanted to use my amsoil. Then I ended up breaking the filter and getting it towed to the dealer on chrystlers dime. They called me in the middle of my happy time with my HF to tell me it was done...then when we got there told me they did everything but put the oil in and everyone was on lunch. Then when they. called to say it was done again informed me that Amsoil is not a cummins approved motor oil and that I no longer have any warranty on the truck. D'okay time to talk to chrystler again. And the tard at the service desk had the audacity to argue that the whole ordeal isn't her fault in the first place because she didn't know how to ring up a free oil change

Unless it's written on the warranty that you cannot use Amsoil, tell them to kiss your ass.

They weren't gonna even use Valvoline. They were gonna use foreplay, good oil but not better than amsoil. And yes I got a big appoligy. I choose amsoil cause I sell it as a side job and believe in their products. Not to start an oil war and I'm not a amsoil junky. But itshust what I ru. Like some run royal purple others run Mobil 1
