hey guys so I am building my bumper all the way down to the rear cross member. I already got the two main tubes welded on and attached to the cross member. Unfortunately being 4WD, the differential made it impossible to get these tubes aligned in the center which is why it looks weird. The two small red pillars will be a small 2-3 inch tube between the bumper and the cross member to prevent compression on landing...what do you guys think? Think it'll work or am I wasting my time?

Kit didn't need to be 20lbs lighter or allow for more droop... But it does :D

For $3800 you can get Solo Motorsports' kit which will do:

    a) 19" of travel w/ coil bucket and inner fender mods
    b) 16" of travel w/ coil bucket mods
    c) 14" of travel no other mods

    And includes:
    - Boxed and Delrin bushed lowers, tubed and heim'd uppers
    - Fully fabricated spindles with snouts and hubs (4WD compatible)
    - Plus all grade 8 hardware, lines, straps blah blah blah

It'll work, but I would plate the bottom of the crossmember with 1/8" where the vertical pieces go. Also, make sure you'll still have access to and be able to stick some tools in there to service the diff/change oil/etc...

What are you using? .120 HREW? DOM? 4130?

You can also run a tube between the 2 front LCA mounts like me. That should help with most of your issues. Then you can have a skid that protects your diff too too.

ah good idea on the plate, I wouldn't have thought of that. I did make sure there is room to service it. It would be a PITA to remove the diff completely now. I've never had to, but hopefully I wont have to any time soon. Its .120 DOM

F55's are going to be hard to find used. But ask Matt, dont waste your time with F55's. The F67's work a lot better

I know NelsonMatt had that exact setup and the rear end sat too low. This was before spindles too. But if you like the bro look I guess its the way to go

Same, between a oe replacement or the trail gear one. But I'll have to get a solid tranny mount with the tg Ones

Just box it. It only took me about 3 hours to remove it, cut the plates, weld, paint and reinstall. I still have the templates if you want

It's probably your grease gun fitting if "none" of them are taking it
