    Bullshit.

    I do interior trim work.(automobile)
"custom" is NOT what you described.
I'm positive that Eric has jigs for 1st and 2nd gen bumpers and if he OP asked for a different placement of a foglight hole or a different length for a wraparound.....he's still using the template and just adding length or cutting a hole that deviates from his template.

"Custom" only gives you the right to charge the customer extra for whatever labor it might cost to "deviate" from the temp.

It depends of what the "deviation" was. Labor involved, material used.

I'm sure it will get locked just like the thread I started expressing the same issues with Relentless.

I agree. If you are having issues delivering the product in 3 months then do not promise it in 3 months. Then after 7 months it isn't what the customer ordered well that is just screwed up completely. He needs to hire someone to help or get another line of work.

Well I probably shouldnt post before I hear what the other side of the story is... But if the OP did not get the bumper he ordered, in the time frame Relentless said he would, then he is due a refund. Pretty simple.

I know most here agree Relentless makes good quality stuff, but in this case its not important how good the quality is on the bumper the OP received. According to the OP, its the wrong bumper.

I agree 100%. If the wait time was more than double what was promised and the end product is not what you ordered, then the vendor would need to pony up and make it right.

That being said, I haven't heard Relentless's side of the story but the OP's tact is absolutely classless. There's no need to publically flame a vendor with personal attacks the way he did. If he had made a write up with his personal experience, kept his cool in doing so and made it more for information purposes, this type of flaming would not have happened. Personal business should be kept private, the money issue and how everything is handled is between the OP and Eric and should not be made into an idle threat on the internet.
