 ever since I started to go biking more, I noticed that I am in the need of more things than a simple tire patch kit lol. Also would be nice to put my jumper cables in there with some of my tools that I like to keep handy.

have to swing by the local hardware store for some bolts and more washers :D

Have you thought about just buying Hi Lift mounts made intentionally for the purpose of mounting one of these? They bear the weight and you can lock it up. I have the ATO version and they're awesome.

The plan is to make the mounts more universal. That way I could put anything there.
Not too worried about locking it as the lift is only in the truck when I go offroad.

I installed black door handles from a 2012 TRD Off road (thanks to toyotech). I have a Silver Streak Mica colored truck and the black handles really stand out. I've been looking at doing this for sometime. I did my research on here and that helped me enough to figure out what needed to be done.

So back on 6/10 I attempted the first install of my Bestop (read below). So the UPS guy arrives with the new correct fitting top and today was attempt 2. Top went on fine even though it was a real bear at times to stretch things into place. When I get to the rear window guess what, to wide, it was made to fit the incorrect top. You think the guys at Bestop would have known this?, I couldn't have been their first trip to this rodeo. SO now I'm just a little pissed and it's the weekend and won't be able to get a hold of them till Monday. ARRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!

Love getting stuff in the mail. :D I'll get them PC'd and get them on asap. I suppose it makes up for losing another interior door from my dog the night before.
