I cut some wires here. Added some wires there.
Lol, fair enough. I guess I was wearing one for a minute.

    And I stand corrected.

why dont you read the post? the op did ask for his money back?
patience is one thing, but when something takes over double the time promised thats when its time to take action. which he did, and nothing was done. (from what we can see at least)

so its the ops fault for not getting his money back and waiting over double the time for a product i guess. what a dumbass:rolleyes:

This is the key part, op has done nothing but spout his frustrations. I'm sure Jerry Sandusky would have loved to only share his side of the story, but thankfully in this country we support due process and hear every side before we make conclusions.

I'm not so sure OP approached this the best way, but we'll see, I'm +1 for Eric, he quoted me about 6 months and delivered around that time

Well yes, he was patient and waited the entire seven months, but then when he received the wrong bumper, that set him off.

I would be mad to, if I waited and waited, past the quoted time frame, only to finally recieve it...and its the wrong bumper.

Im not defending him, or his posts, Im just trying to read between the lines, mispellings and other crap in his first post; and with that, I think the OP does have a valid point, and is due a refund.

...just waiting to hear the other side, I could be wrong.

x2 if he really cared about this problem he would have posted pictures of the actual product as well as something to prove that what he got was not what he wanted. instead he misspelled the title to the thread, used u instead of you and put everything in caps. does he really think people would take him seriously?

I think this whole thread is stupid and pointless. I'm sure there was some other contact information from RF besides just an email. If i sent somebody money I would know the details and some sort of information from the vendor. I have multiple friends of mine with Relentless Fab front bumpers, rear bumpers, Etc. But i am pretty positive as a person with morals I would not get on a social forum and start a thread flaming the man with your money. To me that doesn't sound like a great idea. I understand that you have waited a while for the product but Eric delivers on his products, Every bumper that i have seen of his is exceptional, and i'm pretty sure your not his only customer so stop rushing the man. He's a one man show and coming from a welder on a drilling rig the man needs time to satisfy all of the bitchy people like you. Man up and call him, and in the meantime don't start stupid threads that bash people with a great product.

Personally, I don't think you will see a public response from Eric, "OP" does not deserve one after that imature rant and especially on a forum. Eric will probably contact him personally like a MAN should do. He is a stand up guy and yes very busy. He does build a good product, otherwise he would'nt be so busy! You cannot satisfy every customer all the time, that is the nature of ANY retail enviroment type business! EVERYBODY knows he takes longer to do his builds, "OP" should have investigated BEFORE he decided to purchase from Relentless and did his homework, period.

What is really funny is that while reading the thread, I was not even done reading the entire thread and my name was already posted as watching this thread!

From the sound of things it seems that either the OP has not come back to add any photos or additional information, or he just wanted to start something. If you make an accusation about someone else, be it a person, or a company, you should be ready to back up what you are claiming. What I find interesting is the lack of what Relentless Fab has said to him. Usually you see both sides of a message posted. The OP only shows his side. I seriously doubt Eric would not have even replied to any emails by the OP. Why are these replies left out? Seems strange to me.

I think in the interests of legal protection, it might be in Eric's best interest to NOT reply. Anything he would say in here could be used against him. Being silent makes sense. Maybe a simple "I do not wish to discuss a PERSONAL business matter in an open forum"? But I would not fault him at all for not saying anything.

And FYI, I have NO idea who Eric is, nor have I seen his products. I have no vested interest in either party here. I was just amazed how fast this thread has grown.!!

And yes, we do know what the word Cheque means. I think it is funny that you changed what you had to say as the thread went on....just sayin.
