okay so what about gg lighting or what ever the fuck?
its not my fault that GB went south. it wasnt your fault your GB went south either.
thats all on the gear company. so why the fuck drag this into it when i have nothing to do with the wait times?

    way to go bro!

Ok,i invested the time to read all 8 pages of this, saw both the OP's and Relentless's statements. Now for my $.02...

I saw someone state that Relentless had told them 6 months for their bumper. If that's the case, could it be that OP misheard something ? 7 Months IS a long time to wait for the product, but at the same time,if the longhorn was cut out and the bumper was built and ready to be painted, then the OP says " But I wanted to put my plate there " and changes the design,it will take longer. Now the longhorn plate needs to be cut out, out a new plate needs to be made, then welded in. Relentless says "ok,cost for the plate was $80 for the changeover work",and the OP says nevermind,I'll keep the longhorn. At this point the whole process has to be done over again. If you look at the bumper, the ONLY place that longhorn will fit is where it is. If the OP wanted it on the front face of the bumper,it would take out the utility of a winch. I think the issue falls on the OP for not knowing exactly what he was ordering, and also on Relentless for not making sure the customer knew what he was doing. I'm sure Relentless deals with customers who are fairly intelligent ( seems from what I see that most of the guys who want to do this type of mod to their truck are a bit above average ) and just assumed that the OP knew what he was looking at. I think that Relentless did a decent job at dealing with a difficult customer, and while he may have been a bit faster, anyone who looks into buying from him knows that you are buying into waiting for a killer quality product ( totally worth it,especially for that kind of money ).

And to the ignorant Canadian ( and no Oz,I don't think you're all ignorant !:p ),this was taken from the front of the box my CHECKS come in.:brianr:

I fully admitted GG went way south, and i posted up all my texts bashing and ripping the guy a new one, but I never went on another person's thread giving them shit about their customer service. Even on your GB, i kept my mouth shut and waited because I know I live in a glass house in this situation.

Just saying you should maybe think twice about giving Relentless shit when you (and me) dont have clean track records in the exact same arena.

    way to go, bro.
i kept my mouth shut on yours cause i know how GROUP BUYS WORK.
some times they get all screwed when dealing with other vendors. dont you know this?

i had nothing to do with the GB besides trying to give a good deal to TW. so i dont really understand how thats on my track record when i had nothing to do about wait times.

this is different, this is ALL ON ERIC. he is not dealing with any 3rd party vendors besides metal suppliers. the wait times are all on his plate. the GB i attempted there was wait times because of 3rd party companies. theres nothing to say about that.

Hate to jump on this band wagon... Ordered sliders back in the middle of February and was told a 3/mo wait, still have not revcieved them. called a month ago asking questions and was told they would arrive within 2 weeks. Now a month later I had to call 3 times leave 2 voice mails, and finally sent a pm before getting a response 3 days after first trying to get a hold of him.

Not too sure how I feel... he seems like a nice guy however this waiting is getting a little concerning. Just my .02 was pretty set on buying a bumper I dont know if I wanna go down this road again.
