So his complaint about it being built wrong is just cause it has the long horns in it after he changed his mind a bunch of times?

You post a problem without bashing someone. Ex; I had a problem with Relentless, am trying to work it out, not having good luck tho. Something like that, without name calling or downgrading the guy.

Hey 0 Class, You really need to take this directly to Eric not all over the forum. Right now you are bringing yourself so far down by blasting a vendor like this. If you want to see professionalism, face the problem with professionalism. If you do not agree with the way things were handled, there are other ways to deal with it. It appears to have turned in to a civil case not a forum case.

Eric has many happy customers, I am included with my redesigned 2012 front. Relentless is a young company that appears to have come a long way & has a lot of potential to grow by leaps & bounds.

Please handle this properly & knock off the blasting all over the forum. Place your complaints in the Product Review section & leave the rest of the forum free for the rest of us to enjoy.:rant::smack::crapstorm::brianr:

Thats no problem, I have the requested standard style bumper nearly done right now, so I'll just finish it by end of day for you and ship it.
I do need to get reimbursed for the longhorn cut plate that you decided against, to cover costs of going back to standard- $80.
At that, cost its just materials+cutting+forming charges I incurred, I've left out all labor that I put into it.

Please let me know which Fastenal store you want the armor sent to via locator here: http://www.fastenal.com/web/locations.ex?action=selectStore
Also I'll need your cell/best phone number for them to contact you when it arrives.

unfortunately, the license plate will not fit in the lower without covering the center cutout; the longhorn in this case. Which is why I would simply recommend a hinged or clip on mount for the plate onto the winch fairlead on the upper portion. It will let you longhorn show, and the plate higher up is better to prevent it from being bent should you scrape the lower portion on a rock/stump/rut etc. Just flip the plate up, or unclip and the winch has easy access with that method.

Ok, no problem. I'll square it off for you.
I've cut it with the longhorn in the lower center, the two outer holes in the lower area is for access to a couple mounting bolts, and the holes in the upper allow access to the winch fairlead.

yes...more squared like arb or cbi (no picture anymore in bumper blog). like post 1841 in your blog?..i have a new 9.5xp and a set of 510 pia 4" fogs for install...i guess put std plate on front. i had envisioned 2 small longhorns on left and right of plate in lieu of a the two holes on the sides.. i have to mount plate in front on lower area over middle hole....thanks...chip.

I can do a more squared headlight tube no problem if you prefer it over the angled style, just confirm and I'll note that down. The longhorn was cut in the center of the lower part, the license plate is best on a removable or flip up mount over winch fairlead, or just covering the center winch cutouts if not running a winch yet.

This guy needs to be slapped. Figure out what the hell you want then order it. If you are not happy because the vendor did not do the job properly, then complain about it. If you don't like it because you changed your mind, Screw you. That is a hell of a nice bumper. Makes me wish I did soimething like that on mine, but I didn't & I am not going to go after a vendor because he does not have E.S.P. You're an idiot.

unfortunately OP is quite typical of a lot of customers out there. That's one thing I hate about offering services on here or other boards is that you are guaranteed to meet at least one asshole that will find every fault and imperfection in your work, and ask that you compensate them for every cent they spent, even though you offer products and services at forum prices to hook members up.

That's why vendors need to shrug off the haters and the customers that bitch 24/7 and realize that the people who truly appreciate your product and services will continue coming to you despite what the chicken heads yap about.
