Wow just read this whole thread.......... OP is a douche IMO, I'll side with Eric..... Custom quality bumpers take time. As mentioned his lead time is long but you get what you pay for now-a-days.......

That being said the bumper looks sick, not a personal fan of the longhorn but Eric did a great job on it as usual.... I'll still being buying relentless products in the future :D

Fair point, but I think he asked for a refund before he got it.

Same here. My bumper looks good and I think it's a strong design, but I wouldn't recommend doing business with Relentless either.

I'm sure he could make money off it. People are paying that much to get a bumper in 6 months or so, I bet someone will pay extra to get it right away. I would have when I got mine.

Hey, i hear ya, and you sound like a pretty reasonable guy, but I think the point of both people losing is what it sometimes comes down to, just to get a little more satisfaction out of the customer. But do whatever you feel is best, gl to u both.

apparently there is high demand as other members have stated, that even op could prob make "most of his money back" if he sold it. I'm just sayin sometimes even the seller has to take a loss, this may or may not be it, but there is a time.

See he actually demanded the bumper be completed, then when it was completed and shipped he asked for the refund. At that point it was already in fastenal's hands, on the way to him as he ordered it.

I'm not talking about this case but just in general .

If a shop is hired to do a customer spec'd custom design , and in the end the customer decides they didn't like their own design after it is done , the shop should not have to incur a loss due to that .

I own my own restaurant and some people just can't be satisfied. CLEARLY the OP wishy washy the whole time. I have waited the same amount of time and to be exact I have been waiting since January. I understand he had group buys lined up before I ever made my decision. Grow the fuck up people. Metal Miller took a bit longer than originally quoted and you don't see anyone bashing him in! The product looks phenomenal. Its business and a one man show.

Was there a reason he couldn't get the 2 longhorns on the side like he asked? Were the access holes already cut out? not trying to bash, just trying to clarify

 Leave it stock or bolt on an ARB... if you can't deal with the issues associated with custom made bumpers... You can always attach some real long horns on the tip of your hood, Go Bears!

I tried to order rock sliders, but after weeks and weeks of unanswered pm's, emails and posts in his forum, I got them from CBI Offroad and couldn't be happier.

should have asked for a refund after 4 months.
demanding it be completed then demanding a refund for a custom bumper is illogical and unreasonable.

I think that bumper turned out looking pretty awesome! Hell, If he doesn't like the longhorn there he can cover it up with his front plate. He could also sell it and the new owner do the same and not worry about it. You can't please everyone all the time and sometimes you can't be pleased all the time. Personally, if I wanted something like this I would have drawn it out with where I wanted something to be placed and then there is no confusion.

A lot of people posting in here don't know what they're talking but think they do.

Also anyone who is taking a side and arguing for the op, Eric, or just against each other.

    This is you right now.
