    Jasmine, it looks like it spins fast but it doesn't. It goes left/right really fast. Go check it out. But then again maybe they updated it.

    Okay I did a little bit more research. With you saying the bottom moves, I had to think back and I didn't remember it moving. Found out that I got the CREST Spinbrush back in the day. It was sold to Arm & Hammer in 2009. With the original Spinbrush, only the top moved. With yours, it has to be the new and improved version. With this commercial you can sort of see the right/left movement.
