i think it would look sweet, keeping with the white and black theme. which i think the red one looks sweet like it is with the black and red theme. go for it.

I voted stock. I don't care for the look of unpainted carbon fiber.

What does it cost? What about sliders?

Glad you decided on what you wanted to do. I know when I got my hood over a year ago, i'd get looks. Good or Bad. I wanted to get the CF hood because I've always loved the Black/Red theme. I wanted my truck to stand out amongst others and it did. I personally loved it and its sad that I will no longer be going that route after my accident.

Its currently in the shop and will be getting a fresh new OEM Sports Hood. The shop will be repainted my front bumper and all my fender flairs to a nice gloss Rad Red. I couldn't stand the cheap front bumper and fender flair paint job. So with that, all good things most come to an end. However I'm excited to see my truck after a new overhaul. I've got some other goodies brewing now also.:D

This is the one day before the accident. All clean and shiny!

It would go better if youre truck was black. Really just the dark colors.

White would make that stand out like a sore thumb. Go look at Sockmonkey's Vinyl stripe idea. It will give you a good image.

I was driving up the 5 North freeway and something large smacked my left fender, CF hood, windshield, and across the passenger side roof area. I'm just glad I'm ok and nothing serious happened. This is my first ever incident in over 10 years of driving. Sucks but what can you do.

I'm glad you decided to keep it stock. Your truck is one of my favorites on here as it is, so I voted for stock.

If you do buy the CF hood, I would be willing to buy your hold sport hood off ya. I wanted to get a TRD sport 4x4 DC 6speed manual, but when I found out how hard they are to find, I settled for the SR5 4x4 DC 6speed manual that was the only one in california at the time I wanted to buy. I dont regret it at all since I can add all the TRD stuff and I was going to lift it anyways so didnt need the TRD suspension. The only thing I really miss is the hood scoop on the sport, even though I know its just for aestechics and serves no real purpose, I just like how it looks :)

EDIT: Well looks like you already made you decision, lol, and looks like I wasnt the only one looking to buy your hood haha.

If you want to be the guy that looked like he just went to a website and ordered every accessory for his truck possible, then sure go ahead.

Personally, I think it looks stupid.
But I drive a 2wd truck, so what do I know?
