yeah..hopefully this is just temporary. parents are supposed to be building a house on that property and if all goes well they will have a big garage I can keep the yak in.

cant complain tho..being able to fish in the back yard.

Yeah my house is built on 4 garages but we are planning on converting 2 of the garages into a big living room with a bathroom. The living room is going to have a wood burning stove. But at that point we will be down to 2 garages and will have to move the kayaks and boat out of the garage. Tonight I think that I am going out on my friends boat. This lake is loaded with nice bass and lots of pickerel though. I am excited!!! Havent been fishing in a while.

Haven't had much luck so far this season. Couple small throwback flounder. Some really small sand sharks as shown below.

Yea, probably. We'd probably limit out every trip out if ours could be 12" lol. Smallest I ever remember them being legal around here was like 14 or 15" when I was a kid.

had one of those "ive got to get out of this fugging house!!" moments tonight around 8p.m. only about an hour of sunlight left. i live about half a mile from a river so i just walked out the door, grabbed my rod and a chair and drove down there. dug some worms, set a cork about 8 inches up from the hook and tossed it out. it's not a great fishing spot, but usually good for a few bream and maybe a small bass. got quite surprised out there tonight however. caught 4 catfish . . just fishing with a worm and a small hook a few inches below the water line and i pulled in 4 over 35 minutes. really odd for them to be there, but whatever, i had a good time fighting them. completely non impressive sizes, but i was pretty proud of my catches. . .

excuse my cheesing (and the stereotypical wad in my cheek lol)

probably the biggest, i'll call it a one pounder. (note, i have big hands haha)

    anyway, thought i'd share :)

Just got back from Lee's Ferry in AZ. Fishing is excellent right now. Between 3 people we caught about 70 fish in two full days of fishing. Caught a few 18+ inches but averaged probably around 14".
