The only reason I wanted these was to get my shackles out of the way when I get my rear bumper. I will do the install around the same time as when Kevin finishes my bumper.

I know it, my bumper is right after yours and I want a pair of these also, just wanna see them in full action flex/recover and such. I was not aware of the geometry involved in these and can now see how it would be hard to perfect this. Im riding shotgun with larry this coming week over to coal creek and going to check his out.

:) I read your post wrong. I like Kevin's stuff as well and have a couple skids from him. Now that I have these flips on and helped with install these things are tight. Way over built and super beefy. Lined up well. Due to my rear bumper being custom and welded on we had to weld my flips on as well. So I do not know about the drilling holes part. I just ordered my longer shocks and plan to have them on before next Sunday as we have a pretty good wheeling trip planned. OP is planning on coming along to get pics and some video.
I do believe I was number 3 today.
Hey you calling me turd? :D Pics in the morning as I just got home and still need to shower off all of the metal grounds.
Yeapers! Just got home. Install went well. New brake lines were a pain in the ass but other then that all went relatively smooth considering I was also getting educated as we did the install. New shocks order and will be here next week.

I'm sorry did I miss the price or are we leaving this part out on purpose?

His bracket is 3" and the shackle is 2.75 and I was just curious if it was moving around.

Ah I see. Actually we ended up sucking in the bracket just a bit as we tightened it down. This actually helped align my angle a bit more to the spring and we are sitting very pretty now. I am considering a longer after market shackle in the future and when I do it will be move to a different hole in the bracket. It is extremely nice to have these options based on how I want to build the truck more in the future. My build is more EXPO then pure rock crawler. In fact my EXPO springs from All Pro are more of my flex limiter then anything now.

Pics of my install. No flex pics yet as my shocks are maxed out. I have ordered the longer shocks and we should get more flex pics next weekend on a trail ride we have planned. Also to note due to my rear bumper build we had to weld these brackets on instead of bolting them on.

General side view on level surface. IMO this is good angle for the shackle for everyday ride. I am in the 3rd hole back so the shackle does not touch the bracket on compression until it it is fully laid back. On the droop side it will contact the bracket but the shocks I am ordering fall just short of that happening. Also based on the longer Expo leaf packs my lift gain was right around 1/2" which I wanted. If I wanted more lift I could have moved one hole back but then the angle might not be very good.

Next 3 shots are just of the angle as I get closer and one from each side

Next are the back views. One full and one of each side. Also in view are the longer brake lines from Wheeler's Off Road.

Like I said flex shots will be next weekend but I am not expecting some jaw dropping droop due to the EXPO packs I have on the rear. But we shall see. At some point I also need to lengthen my bump stops to keep the negative arch down but all in due time. I seriously need UCA's next. :D

    Thanks!
The Billy B110's on Wheeler's website. The rough measurement is 16.something collapsed / 27"s extended. But that is based on our measurements after install. So I do not if will work for others.
