Yea that'd definitely come in handy. Too bad I have no access to ANY tools or gadgets. I'm just gonna sand em down the best I can.

    Saturday:
Sprayed 2 of my stockies. Sanded, primed, painted with Rusto HP Enamel. Turn out like [IMG] and pissed me off because I didn't know what went wrong :annoyed: I didn't go heavy in any spots but the finish turned out rough and powdery like the Rusto bedliner.

    Sunday:
Sprayed the other 2 stockies. Sanded, NO primer, painted with Rusto HP Enamel. 3-4 light coats and walla :woot: :D :yay:

This picture shows the difference of the two. The two on the right have been sanded down a little in this pic. I need to sand it all the way down to the bare wheel again before hitting it with the enamel :D

No they probably won't be on for another couple weeks. Still gotta get that broken lug nut situation repaired and when that happens I'll have the shop mount up the stockies :D

Oh, and I still need to sand down the other two I messed up and respray em.

Cleaned the rust off my tow hitch/reciever and sprayed with Rusto bed coating to clean up the look and stop further rust (says the can)

It's real simple. Here's a link for the dash take apart: http://www.customtacos.com/tech/index.php?article=77

Once you get the cluster out, it's basically just a swap of the bulbs. IIRC the bulbs are #194 for the cluster and #74 for the AC panel (if you wanna do that too). Here's another link for the cluster/bulbs: http://www.customtacos.com/tech/index.php?article=77

I got my LEDs from superbrightleds.com

And as for the center, I'll keep an eye out for your texts. Thanks a bunch again! :D

    - Picked up my 01-04 center console yesterday
    - Completely disassembled and cleaned it
    - Rusto primered and bedlined the rusty metal pieces
    - Vinyl dyed the console top piece flat black
    - De-derped my grille; gonna rock it like this till I get a chance to paint it :D

Maybe I'm missing something but what are the benefits of the 01-04 center console?? How are they better? Does it just bolt right in place of the old one?

Yup just swap units. Hmm... it has actual functioning cupholders which add to the 2 on the shifter console (unless you drive stick), the height and width adds for a better arm rest, and comes with 2 compartments which allows for more space to store things :D

I'm currently trying to figure out how to make the lower cubby lockable ;)

    - Finally got a chance to touch up my wheels/wheel weights :woot:

    - Also just ended up spraying all the lug nuts too! Now I can take buying new ones off my list for now :p

    - And last, I painted the little chrome thing on the antenna screwy thingy.
