Funny. In Travis's garage working on the Shackle Flip yesterday his thermo read 88 degrees. Then add in that we were under the truck welding. I think my brain turned to jelly for a while yesterday.

And today I feel like an old man with a ton of sore muscles. :pout:

Droop will be added with longer shocks but flex not so much but rather then the small shackle it is more of an issue with the EXPO leaf packs. I put up some install pics here:

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/216040-interest-shackle-flip-05-taco-22.html

We will see how she flexes this coming weekend on Wheeler. :D

did u measure for shocks just on the lift or while flexing it out as far as it will go? like what me and bob did in my shop. we flexed on the lift til it raised a tire, that would be ur max and min. the droop on the lift just axle hanging isnt accurate because when u flex the tire with droop is forced down further...... hard to explain thats probly confusing

No I got you on that. We did that to a degree. The EXPO leaves do not move very much. Also I want to limit the negative arch a bit not having the proper bumps on. Shocks I am getting are 27" extended.

I have been wanting to do wheeler lake after seeing some of the pics. But I ended up doing this. Going to require welding on new spring hangers on the front side of the rear leaf springs.
