Disrepectful punks

Got woken up at 1130 on friday night to go pick up my buddy from a party because he was drunk and couldnt drive home. On the way back to my place after picking him up i hear 2 loud thuds hit my truck as a car drives past the other way, wake up the next morning and see it, looks like the assholes shot my truck with a paintball gun and took the paint right off the door. it doesnt even have 3000 miles on it yet ! wtf, hopefully insurance will cover this, im not happy one bit about my brand new truck

Holy crap isn't that a chargable offense? I had a couple kids throw snowballs at my truck here in town. I slammed on my brakes and pulled a U-turn squeling the tires a little. Needless to say the punks took off down the alley with my truck chasing after them. The snowball missed...but still could ahve caused an accident eventually!

 

That sucks...I'm sure your insurance will cover it- but being as no one was caught it might cost you.

i give a update on the situation tomorow when i hear back from the insurance company....

 

There have been many cases of kids getting years in jail for doing what they did to you.

 

dude that sucks. hope justice is done and you get your taco fixed

 

ok just went down and filed a police report...


unfortunately the coppers cant do anything because it was dark and i didnt get the make/model or plate off the car.

however the report is filed for the insurance company and im waiting to hear back from them tomorrow.

 

In a situation like that, I shoot back, but not w/ paintballs...

Even though it was a paintbal gun, I think that it is still considered assault with a deadly weapon...

 

if i hadnt had my buddy with me who was like passed out drunk, i would have turned around and chased them down.... now i kind of wish i had anyways

Not a bad idea, offer a reward. These punks would sell out their friends for $50.00. The satisfaction of smacking them in the head would be worth the money. Reps to you for picking up your buddy.
