I like it a lot. I have the same truck, color and all. What did you use to paint the lights? What on the wheels? How has it held up since the spray job? I'll look to see if you have any more pics of your truck. Definately digging it though.

Blacked out badges, Tinted Tail Lights, Fog Light Anytime Mod, Sock Monkey Bedside Decal, Painted Wheels, 20% Tint on Front Windows, 886 Bulb Backup Light Mod, Plasti Dip Rear Bumper (temporary until I get color matched), Color Matched Grill, Front Emblem, Door Handles, Mirrors, Bilstein 5100 all around, front set at 1.75, 1.5 aal, Crossfab light bar with 3 Hella Black Magic 500s, TRS Retrofit with D2S Projectors and Apollo Shrouds, BHLM with color matched Bowls and shrouds, CSJumper LED interior kit, CSJumper LED switchback DTRLs and Side Markers, 17x9 -12 Offset Ballistic Jester Wheels, 255x75x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers
I used duplicolor graphite wheel paint on the wheels. The tails are tinted with VHT Nightshades and the headlights are just the BHLM using krylon fusion flat black.

On the Wheels I sanded with 400 grit cleaned, rinsed and cleaned with rustoleum wax and grease remover and painted with with 3 light coats and 1 medium coat. So far they've held up great.

PERFECT!!! THANKS MAN. I debadged all my tacoma emblems and took the mud flaps off. Put 5100's on the front @ 1.75 with TSB rear. On 265/75/16. I hate to say it but I may be a copycat because yours looks exactly the way I want mine to. At least we live far enough away from each other to make a difference.

One more question, Did you put any clear coat on the wheels? If so, what kind? Did you paint the wheel weights too or take them off the snap them back on?

Oh yea and what about your chrome bumper? I think I know how I want to go about doing the front chrome grille but I'm not sure how I want to go about doing the rear "chrome" bumper. Plastidip?

I haven't put any clear on the wheels. I pulled the weights off, but I didn't like the look when I put them back on so I ended up painting them. I'd recommend just painting over them, you can always touch up the area where they were when you get new tires.

My bumper is done with plasti dip and has held up fine for two months. It's been washed with a pressure washer several times with no problems.

I have plans to color match it whenever I get around to ordering paint, for some reason the only parts store that stocks MGM paint around here is Pep Boys and they never have more than a can or two on the shelf at a time.

Feel free to copy whatever you want, that's what I love about this site, it's a great place to get ideas and see how mods look before you do them to your own truck.

I kinda copied you, but with a little different style. I plasti dipped the wheels and centercaps. Then on the centercaps I did 3 coats of rustoleum magnetic grey and 5 coats of clear. *LESSON LEARNED* (wait 30 minutes between plati dip coats. I waited about 10 and they looked like shit, so I had to peel it off and do it again. When this plasti dip starts to look bad I will prob go ahead and just paint the wheels black because I really like the way this turned out.

I went ahead and debadged everything.

Next- tint tail, BHLM?, and grille work :spy:
