    I did a speech on why not to text and drive. Had them all close their eyes and told them "imagine driving down a road going 55. You get a text, and look down at your phone to see who its from and what it says." Then I slammed the podium onto the table, and told them that's as long as it takes for someone to pull in front of you, or to cross into the other lane. (going 55mph, takes 4.3 seconds to go length of football field).

    They said I interviewed well, but they just went with a more experienced group, guys with 10+ year experience. I hate getting judged just by "years of service".. I think thats bullshit. I know more then some of the 30+ year experience guys I work with and actually am the one doing all the work cause I'm young and physically fit.
