last year i hit SOOO much stuff. about 8 birds. 2 of with i ran over with the tires, they did not fly off in time. a few rabbits, a few squirrels, 2 raccoons, 2 possums. this year i have hit 4 birds, 1 raccoon, and 1 possum.

edit: idk how my grill is not cracked/ broke. or i have some kinda damage. i now 3 of the birds i hit at like 75MPH.

i’m pretty sure most of it is hand built. audi has i think 2 or 3 cars that are mostly hand built and the R8 is one of them.

 

I'm pretty sure their aluminum body cars are more hand built than anything.
There's an awesome series called "Ultimate Factories" and it featured the R8 production facility. One of the things I liked most was the R8 is beautiful car but unlike a Ferrari, each car is similar enough that you could swap parts.
Anyway, I fear denting my RS because I'm afraid of the repair bill

Meh 3 pedals or gtfo. Stunning car amazing to drive but I wouldn't buy one at 180g unless I was just stupid rich and had fulfilled my list of other cars.

New topper, sold the Bestop

 

Replaced: lower balljoints, front pinion seal, front main seal, and idler arm and cleaned up the engine. Good as new.

Dude, you should shorten one of the tail gate handle rods and keep the tailgate handle where its at (of course) then it will be all caddy whompus out of alignment to one side
