    Its a different thread pitch, i had to find a bolt the same thread as the threads on the bump and spray some lube , and thread it in , then the bump will thread in.

    I dont have any radios yetttt... but im buying a ham and cb in the next couple weeks... i think aaron mentioned that we might be borrowing one for the run though? :confused: (my truck already has the wiring done for ham, from borrowing one when i was retrieving in SNORE)

    I think recklesstaco and grego have that radio modded for race channels...not sure how they did it. Search doesn't pull up much. maybe they can help

    you need to step up and get a 2meter/race radio son. ebay has good deals!

    i have two of these radios- yaesu 65watt 2800m..several other peeps i normaly wheel with have the same radio as well. bomb proof!..as of last year they are obsolete and have been replaced with the newer 75watt 2900m. they sold for 159.99 when they were out
