They are at a shop getting powder coated. I have some color match ssm left over from doing my satoshi, so I will paint the lettering with that.

Do the lettering. I love the look of color matched lettering and I wish Dupli-color made that exact match OEM spray paint color stuff in Pyrite Mica. I would be all over that for my lettering as well as a few other pieces. To me anyway, color keying your lettering is a perfect blend between stock and debadging.

I agree, my armor will be opposite of the truck body. Silver with black badges to black with silver lettering. I am hoping the last of this can will get most of what I need done, it was the last can of dupli color ssm the parts store will get and it was on clearance for $3. Idk if dupli color stopped making it or what. Napa will give you rattle cans of matched paint, but they are $20 each

You just need to pick a new theme color for all of your accessories. Mine happens to now be orange. :D

He said something about them not being arched enough and not having enough flex. He said they are designed for a full size not a mini. They wont be in rhythm with the truck or something like that.

Yeah, I want matched aerosol paint but not for $20 per can. I need to get a hood painted eventually so I may try to see if whoever does it can shoot a few smaller pieces at the same time if I prep them.

Anyone with a 2nd gen want to do me a favor and see if that metal shroud that holds up the spare rattles. It's driving me nuts, It rattles just by touching it cause it's not tight against the spare. I flipped my spare over and tightened it down and still rattles. Dealership might need to give me a couple of the washers that go inside the shroud

At Sean, I remember your video. I'll look into the bed bolts. I hope I just need another washer up inside the shroud to hold it tight against the spare

New longer shocks to go with the flips. These are Tundra shocks. It's amazing how much beefier they are. Thick Stem, eye is designed differently, pretty cool.

On the truck they look really long. :D

Don't worry they cleaned up pretty good. It's that damn stainless body that just collects dirt. They are still a good upgrade over the stock Billy's I just took it to the next step now. After this I have to truggy the back of the truck and put custom shock hoops in with 24" shocks!
