... on my 07 Taco double cab. Has anybody else had the same problem? Any solutions out there?

    :)

    Thanks!

No I can't say that mine does, but with that said, the rough road driving I do is certainly less than you.

For the last few days, the weather here in Edmonton Alberta has been terrible. Extreme cold ... -40 Celcius at night (that's -40 Fahrenheit for my American friends) ... roads are covered with ice and hard snow ... so the rattle in the fuel door has not been a problem until now. At least I think that it is the fuel door ... hard to tell what part of the truck is crying out in pain with this frigid weather.

I am sure thankful for the 4X4 ... what a difference compared to the Corolla that I was driving prior to my Taco.

If anybody has a solution to tightening up the latch mechanism on the fuel door, would appreciate the help.

    Thanks.

Brutal ! F-ing brutal ! The coldest I was ever in was -50, we were doing a pet rescue for all the animals out in dog houses and stuff or just out in the open. I would wait to do anything right away, knowing that the adverse weather is creating this issue, maybe when it warms up he problem will go away.
