    I would check and make sure there are no cracks in any of the leafs. If a leaf broke, it would cause a fair amount of sag to one side also.

    nothing in the bed or cab. hes not too big just 200 lbs and it sagged a little even with me standing in the bed of the opposite side ill check the leaf tomorrow thanks amigo

    so i got curious and went and checked. his tank was full haha he said when i asked him he just forgot he filled up today. so no worries i guess? hopefully thats what it is

    I would check the leafs to be sure though. lol:popcorn:

    On another note. I am going to get a Banks muffler for the truck this weekend. A guy on here is selling it for $110. Is that a lil steep for just the muffler?

    EDIT: Bill CEL is still on but it's running fine. When I get a chance, I will bring it to you to get it checked and see what it's going to be.

    everyone knows about the pillar gauge mounts right? ill looking for a gauge that will tell me the outside temp guage. seems i cant find one...i was also thinking that maybe i could get a oil temp guage and fingure a way to make it read the outside temp???

    as long its between 180 and 240 degrees out, an oil temp gauge would work great :D

    Alright, new problem...... Never ending huh? lol
    Since the other night, I dont have break lights.... They worked before I took the truck out for a little spin to empty the bed. Well we got back and my parking light stayed on, even after I turned them off, and I didn't have break lights. Checked the fuses, fine. Found the fuse that works with them, pulled it out and they turned off. Put the fuse back in and they turned on and stayed on. Changed light bulbs and it still happened

    Your lights are grounded somewhere that is keeping your parking lights on. Could be you shorted the brake lights to the parking lights and they have an easier way to get to ground then through the lights. Electricity always follows the easiest path.

    I don't see how grounding them would keep them ON. If your circuit were grounded it would short it out and blow the fuse.

    If the park lights are still on, after you turn them off, and the brake lights don't work, then somehow you are getting phantom power to them. Have you looked to see what happens when you press your brake pedal? Do the park lamps change in brightness? (get dimmer or brighter) Do they go out? No change? I'll look up your circuits here in a minute.

    I believe (correct me if wrong) most switches connect the negative side to the chassis. If the ground occurs after the lights, but before the switch, always on lights.

    The other scenario. Parking lights are stealing power from the headlights. Since the parking lights are much smaller resistance, the power feeds through them to ground. The headlights may actually be receiving some power, but at such a low amount that it is "unseeable".

    Not on the lighting circuits. Lights are power controlled on most all cars and trucks. Now solenoids and switches such as your trunk release and fuel door release, most of THEM are ground controlled because on the newer cars computers control them, and it creates less heat inside the module to control grounds.

    But, given the situation, it did sound like a feasible possibility.
