I drove it to Ant's in 100* weather. Pretty sure it was hot. His popped right out cold.

I got home and put the torch to it. That worked out great and now I have a nice stripped diff drain plug. Luckily Ant didn't need his brand new one so I gave him some cash for it.

I put it in 40k ago to 47ft lb as specified :(

I have a feeling if I had tried to heat it up at Ants and used his impact I might have been ok, but who knows. Now I need my flaky friend who hasn't answered his phone all week to tack a bolt in so I can give it hell again. I can tell you one thing when I get it out it's not going back in at 47#. F - that. Every other bolt is less then 27# and this SOB is 47#....makes no sense at all.

I want my dam skids back on so I can get her wet....

I might give that a go tomorrow. Ill just park it on some ramps so I have some swinging room for the hammer, get it loose and pull it down so it drains properly. I'm done putzing around with the truck today. It's allmost pool party/bbq time :)

Oh and just a note to everyone.... pull your bed bolts periodically and apply some anti seize on them. I have one thats been fused for weeks as well. Tried both Ant's impacts and mine and no go. It's been swimming in PB for weeks. I had it out 3 years ago and re-installed with anti seize. Apparently thats to long to wait. :(

    FU NJ/PA salt !!!

whats this ez-out connected to? if it's not connected to a industrial impact for large trucks it ain't gonna do shit on my truck.

Mine will not budge with the force of a brand new1/2" impact gun set at 90psi.

This thing is fused. I bent it today with both my feet and my 1/2". It cocked to the side because I'm tarded and then stripped. This is after PB, hammering with brass hammer, nail set, and heat.

I appreciate it. I was supposed to get my bumper fixed up last week by the same guy so I need to get in touch with him. He has been going though some shit with the GF so he has been extra flaky. If he doesn't get on the ball Ill hit you up. I need to him some trails up and this is killing me.

    lol

your right, but I have to. got allot done today and more to do tomorrow. every weekend can't be a party when your a home owner and slacking on chores.
