the HID light output is MUCH better with the new clear lenses! :bananadance:

still need to put the matching blacked-out corners in... (will be the third time that I've done the blinker mod!)

    Thanks! :D

Today, I installed a new muffler... (Magnaflow 18" #11255)

    a39e5db4_16f7e698091f5d4769a39d6dc9f11f4312714699.jpg

Review: The muffler sounded ricey at first, but once it was broken in, it sounds very throaty and deep for a 4 cylinder. Sounds much better in person than in any of the sound clips or videos that I've heard. No noticeable drone at cruising speeds.

On an impulse, I bought a blue sea aux fuse box, circuit breaker, and an 12v aux socket...

UPS is dropping it all off on Wednesday. I'll be mounting the breaker and box under the hood, and the plug in the bed.

and I'm waiting on ANOTHER replacement bulb from DDM.

Thanks! I really like my Magnaflow.

After using a ton of zip ties to clean up the wiring, I finished up the blue sea fuse block!
I used 4 gauge wires for the major connections with techflex (red and platinum), gold stinger ring terminals, and heat shrink.

The accessories I have connected are:
    CB Radio - 10 amp
    HID Headlights - 25 amp
    SickSpeed Horns - 15 amp
Bed Bar Lights - 10 amp
Aux Bed Power - 30 amp
    (one open fuse space)

I just finished it all up...anyone see any issues with this setup?

Also finished the install on my blue sea 12v plug in the bed for camping stuff...

Got bored today and took the unused "toyota security" dash insert out of our LC and wired up a blinking led using a floating ground to turn on when the key is out and off when the key is in.

Hopefully enough to scare away possible criminals. :quickdraw:

I bought a fixed tow strap from eBay for the front because I couldn't find shackles that fit properly in the bumper mounts.

I think I hate it so I'm probably removing it...

After many wrong parts sent to me by Ballistic Fabrication and several hours learning how to design/weld/notch, my tire-gate is finished. Hope to have a full-sized spare soon...

I also installed and painted my BAMF LCA skids, and will have pictures up soon.

Thanks, Jerry. The skids are awesome.

Earlier this week, I had a deer kamikaze into my passenger bedside..left enough of a dent to bother me. :annoyed:
...and then I bought some 3LR led lights from blitzpro.com and am currently looking for a different battery bc my Optima yellow top is TERRIBLE if it gets cold outside.

anyone have any better recommendations?
