    The steak looked good on the outside. I didnt cook them any longer then would have normally. They were way too white on the inside for my liking. They were marked shell steak on the package, the wife bought them. They were more like a strip steak..... they tasted good just looked overcooked on the inside.

    First time smoking a brisket. 4 lbs, dry rubbed with a paprika-based rub and then smoked over hardwood charcoal and hickory chunks for 5.5 hours. The tips were fall-apart done and registered around 205 degrees, while the center was sliceable and delicious at around 190 degrees. Now I don't know which I like better - pork shoulder or brisket!

    Nice. I never splurge on lobster - I've had it maybe 3 times in my life. I'll go spend a ton on sushi, or a nice steak, but I can never bring myself to do lobster. Still, looks awesome!!!

    Nice looking pics guys!! Pkjr the only reason why these were on the grill was to heat them up since they were already steamed. I have grilled lobster before but that is just to give it a nice char and grill taste.

    I just rebought the same Brinkman Smoke-N- Grill that I returned. I hope this one is not damaged. I will probably season it tonight and on Friday maybe smoke ribs or something. I am excited!!! Making some seasoned,stuffed hamburgers to bring to my father's tonight. These will be for the adults who want something other then frozen hamburgers and hotdogs. Dont worry pics will follow at some point tonight. I am going to Dr. the meat up a couple hours before me eat......
