'hokay. SOO... I think my rack is slowly going.. It's been squeaking like a MOFO lately, and now this appeared on drivers side. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341278531.196823.jpg

Should I cut the boot a bit to see if it leaks? Or am I fucked.

Would squeaking be a symptom of it going out?

Are you sure it's the rack squeaking and not just uniballs or bushings?

Probably the steering rack bushings needing to be replaced if you can see the steering rack have side to side movement in the bushings and dirt might be in there.

Can't it be the wheel bearings as well? I was telling RJ that they make some crazy noises when they go bad so i told him to jack up the truck and check for play. Could that be a possibility?

Wheel bearings make a loud humming or growling noise when the wheels are moving all the time. Yes you can check by side to side play more than 1/8" it probably is bad.

Sounds like dirt in the belts and pulleys. Mine does this after every offroad trip, i just spray the belts with Belt grease or somecrap.
