I think I would be into the AZ club as well. So Cal can have their own club.

I've got one on Facebook where a few good friends (only boosted vehicles) get together and cruise.

I think people here like the format of just using the forum. Maybe a club is too regimented for them? I don't know. I like clubs though. They are more organized and the group tends to be a little more close and responsive to events.

But it takes a certain kinda of person to run a successful club. It's hard to do and takes time.

aztwda is going to have another revamp soon and it will have regular events like we did when we first started. and be a real club. Us three that run the site haven't really had the time to put into it lately and just been using the FB page and texting as means to get the crew together but that will hopefully change in the coming months. there are a lot of things that aren't on the site or have been talked about to others that we have access to that we want to offer the members. Once everything is good we'll relaunch the club and it will rock! but until then use our site, the FB page and here for most events.

If this turns out to be anything like bike clubs, it is going to be douchy. Proceed with caution.

Yea, I know, but unless they get a bunch of super red-necks - Taco drivers are generally not as DB as Jessy James wanna-be's!

First person to make T shirts with a catchy name and logo just started a club. No bs rules, no registration, no politics, just a group of enthusiasts wearing T shirts that organjze from time to time through this forum and mass texts. Membership fee is buying a T shirt.
